Refund policy

At Wrong’uns, most of our products are made on demand — printed or produced especially for you once your order is placed. Because of this, we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for items that are the wrong size or if you’ve changed your mind.

Please take extra care to check our size guide before ordering to make sure you get the right fit.

We will, of course, replace any items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. If this happens, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and photos of the issue so we can get it sorted quickly.
